These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Differentiable Solutions website and related interactions. Differentiable Solutions S.r.l. (“Differentiable Solutions”) is an embedded AI segmentation SDK vendor for medical-imaging OEMs and may also engage in focused engineering partnerships.

1. Scope of Services

Differentiable Solutions provides software products and related professional services, including embedded AI segmentation SDKs, software engineering, technical architecture, and focused engineering-partnership support.

Any paid software licence, evaluation, or services engagement is governed by a separate written agreement (for example, a licence agreement, statement of work, services agreement, or proposal). If there is a conflict, the signed commercial agreement prevails over these website Terms.

2. Business Use and User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information in forms and communications.
  • Use the website lawfully and in good faith.
  • Not attempt unauthorised access, disruption, or misuse of website systems.
  • Not submit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.

  • Estimates and schedules are non-binding planning guidance.
  • Client cooperation and timely feedback are required for delivery.
  • Delays caused by missing dependencies, approvals, or third-party systems are outside our reasonable control.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
